Candidate Privacy Notice

This notice explains how FIT 845 handles candidate information submitted through the Regional Manager Leadership Qualification Questionnaire. Completing the questionnaire is part of FIT 845's hiring and candidate-selection process; it is not an official employment application.

What we collect

Your name, email address, phone number, the answers you provide about your professional experience, your written leadership responses, and technical details such as the date and time of your submission and the recruiting source you came from.

How we use it

To determine whether your experience meets the initial requirements of the role, to issue an invitation to the formal application process when it does, and to maintain an internal record of selection decisions. We do not ask for, and you should not provide, information about protected characteristics.

Automated qualification decisions

Your answers are compared against predefined minimum-qualification rules. Every decision is recorded together with the rules applied at that moment, and an FIT 845 administrator can review or override any outcome.

Retention and sharing

Candidate information is retained internally for the period required by our recruiting and record-keeping practices. It is never sold and is shared only with people involved in the selection process and service providers acting on our behalf.
